Monday / Wednesday / Friday 10am-8pm
No weekends or holidays
Due to the nature of custom designs, no refunds will be allowed once a custom design has begun - this includes deposit or full payment.
BEFORE purchasing a custom design, please be sure you either :
a) don't mind waiting for the current turn around time, whatever it may be or
b) email me if you have a specific deadline you need a design by.
When you have purchased a custom design, I will be in touch within 48 hours of purchase to begin going over details.
(Example : You purchase on Friday at 10pm - expect a confirmation email on or before the following Wednesday.)
NOTE : Once the client has approved the final proof(s) & files are sent out, there will be a charge for any extra revisions.
CUSTOM LOGO CLIENTS
You are required to:
CUSTOM LOGO PAYMENTS
Custom logo payments are made in 2 payments. The first half is due to schedule your design & the second half is due before you receive logo files.
Should you not love your designs as you'd hoped, although I always try my absolute hardest to ensure that you do, you will not owe the remaining balance of the second half.
Rush orders are due in full when purchasing. Rush orders guarantee your concepts within 48 hours of purchase.
(Example : You order a rush on Friday at 3pm. You will receive the proofs no later than the following Wednesday since business hours are M/W/F weekly.)
